Strange Brew Alchemy Ale 5 Gallon Homebrew Beer Making Kit (All Grain Recipe Kit)

Strange Brew's Alchemy Ale is an American Pale Ale made with a blend of hops. Much like alchemists in the past that would mix together different ordinary chemicals in hopes of making something special, hop growers will blend together popular hops seeking an extraordinary "IPA" hop. A hop that can be used to make the perfect IPA or Pale Ale. Strange Brew has taken this idea and ran with it; mixing different blended hops to make a pale ale. The pour is a striking gold color with a pillowy, slightly off white head. The aroma is a mix of a citrus and an earthy hop aroma with a note of grain sweetness that comes from the specialty grains. While the nose of the beer is definitely hop focused don't think that the flavor will be the same. Instead of an overly bitter beer you'll taste a more balanced pale ale; riding the edge between being overly hoppy and being overly malty. This kit includes grains (crushed for your convenience), hops, yeast, bottle caps, priming sugar, a muslin bag, irish moss, and malt extract (if the kit is an extract kit). Each kit is put together when you order to ensure you are brewing with the freshest ingredients possible. Complete and easy to follow instructions are included to help you along on brew day.
